Return and Refund Policy

At LAILA GOLD, we strive to deliver premium quality jewelry and luxury watches to our esteemed customers. Since our products are high-end luxury items, we handle returns and refunds with the utmost care under the following strict guidelines:

1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original premium luxury packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at mianasad0101@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at mianasad0101@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method or bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
