1. Shipping Charges
Please note that shipping is NOT free. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Times
We safely deliver your premium jewelry and watches across Pakistan (including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and other major cities) within 3 to 5 business days. 

4. Shipment Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from LAILA GOLD which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Delivery Issues
